Public status pages

Keep customers informed about uptime

A public status page shows real-time availability of the services you monitor. Share live monitoring data with your users so they see what is up or down — less confusion during incidents, fewer “is it down?” support messages.

  • Included in Free, Pro and Business (no extra status-page fee)
  • Hosted path: status.uptimerobot.org/<slug>
  • Custom domains on Pro / Business with SSL + HSTS

What you get

Live status

Visitors see the current state of the monitors you choose to publish — clear Up / Down signals.

Transparency

During maintenance or outages, customers can check the page themselves instead of guessing.

Your brand URL

Pro and Business can use a custom domain (for example status.yourcompany.com) with automatic SSL.

Unlike add-on pricing elsewhere, status pages are part of the monitoring plan — no separate “activate page” fee.

How to activate a public status page

  1. Sign in to UptimeRobot.org with your Certthor Platforms account.
  2. Open Status Pages in the dashboard.
  3. Create a page: title, slug, optional description. Choose which monitors to show.
  4. Publish the page. It is available at https://status.uptimerobot.org/<slug>.
  5. Pro / Business: set a custom domain on the page (for example status.wehrdich.net).

Custom domain setup (Pro / Business)

Point your hostname to our monitoring host. After DNS is live, SSL and HSTS are provisioned automatically.

1. DNS

Create an A record for your status hostname to 178.162.252.2 (the UptimeRobot.org / Certthor monitoring edge).

2. In the app

Edit the status page → set Custom domain to the same hostname (lowercase, no path). Save. Wait for DNS + certificate (usually a few minutes).

Examples already in use: status.certthor.com, status.wehrdich.net.

Link monitors to the page

Only the monitors you attach appear publicly. You can change the selection anytime in Status Pages → Edit. HTTP, Port and Ping monitors are supported.

FAQ for customers

Who can use public status pages?

Every plan includes at least one page. Free: 1 page. Pro: 5. Business: 50. Custom domains require Pro or Business.

Do visitors need an account?

No. The published URL is public. Anyone with the link can see the status of the monitors you chose to show.

Is there an extra monthly fee per status page?

No. Pages are included in the plan limits. You do not pay a separate activation fee per page.

How fast is SSL on a custom domain?

After DNS points to our server and the domain is saved on the page, our provisioner requests a Let’s Encrypt certificate and enables HSTS. Allow a short time for DNS propagation.

Can I hide a page?

Yes. Unpublish or delete the status page in the dashboard. Removing a custom domain also drops the managed vhost on the next sync.

Ready to publish?

Create or edit pages under Status Pages after sign-in.
